Years ago, when Jacobsons was a one room office with half a dozen staff, a client asked him how soon he could deliver his direct mail packages. “How about yesterday?” came the breezy reply.
A Postgraduate in Science with software specialisation, George has rich data processing experience from his 15-year association with IBM and Hewlett Packard on large database projects. Capitalising on his wealth of IT expertise, he developed the first structured list database for the region. His pioneering vision of 19 years ago led him to bring sophisticated and unmatched services to his direct marketing firm, which soon claimed an impressive list of corporate and multinational clients.
George is also on the Board of Directors of Rashtra Deepika Limited, a prestigious 118-year-old media group based in India.
He conducts three different conversations at once, speaks four languages and knows the Arab market like the back of his hand. Nothing misses his eye; no detail is too insignificant.

Akram joined Jacobsons as a Board Director in 1992 to drive full service development within the company. He’s an Agronomy Engineer with a marketing orientation from the Universite Catholique de Lille/ISA, France. He gained a Masters’ in International Marketing from IGIA/ESSEC in France, specialising in Marketing Planning and Market Modelling. From setting up the Pan Arab Research Centre in Lebanon and the UAE, to heading the regional Marketing Services Division of the Publi-Graphics Network, Akram’s 22-year career is a showcase of international exposure, achievements and business connections.

A Bachelor of Fine Arts with a specialisation in Visual Communication from the American College of Applied Arts in Atlanta, US, Ashley is Creative Director and Manager of Creative & New Media Design at Jacobsons.
Ash was also two years at The New York Film Academy concentrating on production of commercials, documentaries and movies. His design sense is dictated by the immediate and long-term marketing objective in hand, punctuated by sheer gut-feel and common sense.
Unsurprisingly, he’s an avid film buff. Nothing too lightweight! His favourite directors include Lars Von Trier, David Fincher, Steven Soderberg and Martin Scorsese.
