AUD-CEPPS Adds Courses on Best Practices in Customer Management

Dubai, UAE (February 10, 2019) – The Center for Executive Programs and Professional Services (CEPPS) at the American University in Dubai (AUD) provides executive education, training, professional development and consulting services to the private and public sectors in the UAE, the GCC region and the wider Middle East.

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between AUD-CEPPS and Jacobsons Direct Marketing to jointly develop executive course content and award certification in best customer management practices.

Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Customer Journey Mapping, Loyalty Marketing, Customer Experience, and Consumer Behavior Analytics, whether practised offline or online, will soon be offered jointly by AUD-CEPPS and Jacobsons as courses leading to professional certification.
